She Learns Leadership (SLL) is a Bible-based course designed to invest in girls ages 8–11. Through modeling and mentoring, SLL equips young girls to serve others and the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. The program inspires courage, cultivates leadership, and empowers girls to use their voices and God-given talents to make a meaningful impact in today’s world.

Sparkle Book
An engaging journal filled with quizzes, games, coloring, and journaling activities for the girls (learners).

Inspiring Courageous Leaders
She Learns Leadership is a Bible-based course investing in girls ages 8-11, modeling and mentoring how to serve others and the Lord, with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Central to their experience, girls (Learners) will be advancing their faith and exercising creative, power-filled prayers. Moreover, the mentor (Leader) and the girl(s) (Learner(s)), while nurturing their faith, will bond together in Spirit and in truth.
She Learns Leadership culminates with an Award Celebration and the presentation of a Certificate of Completion to which family and friends are invited!
Learners will take home:
- A personal Interactive Gospel of John
- Sparkle Book (Journal)
- A box of treasures for Spiritual inspiration and growth.
Leadership Virtues
Each class includes leadership virtues, helping girls develop valuable character traits.
Memory Verses
Biblical foundations through engaging memory verse activities.
Women of Faith
Introduction to three Unforgettable Women of Faith: modern, historical, and biblical.
Creative Prayer
Innovative approaches to prayer that engage young minds and hearts.
Diverse Learning Models
Tactile, visual, and audio learning approaches that benefit neurodiverse gifted learners.
Hands-On Projects
Puzzles, activities, and a special Treasure Box to make learning tangible and fun.
Flexible Implementation
We have a vision that women of faith will invite one to four girls, who are special to them, and together take this She Learns Leadership course.
The curriculum can be implemented in various settings:
Traditional Church
“Come—grow together in faith, friendship, and the courage to lead.” Gather girls in your church or camp setting for five meaningful sessions that spark faith, friendship, and confident leadership growth together.
Community Outreach
"Step into your community—bring light, laughter, and lasting hope.” Bring hope and connection to your community through VBS or Kids Clubs where girls discover their God-given purpose and leadership potential.
Faith-Based Schools or Homeschools
"Inspire young hearts—lead them to discover God’s purpose within.” Nurture character, confidence, and Christ-centred leadership skills in classrooms or around kitchen tables.
